Who We Are

The Partners in Higher Education, formed in 2003, began in response to community demand for more accessible higher education options in the fast-growing South Metro area. Housed in the former Apple Valley City Hall at 14200 Cedar Avenue, the Partnership is a result of a public-private agreement between Dakota County Technical College, Inver Hills Community College, and Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
